Southwest Sabor™ was founded in 2020 with one goal, which is to bring authentic New Mexico flavor to Las Vegas. What started in a commissary kitchen grew into a food trailer built on hard work, family, and a passion for sharing the foods they grew up eating.
They chose New Mexico cuisine because it represents our roots, culture, and family traditions. New Mexican food is more than a meal.
