The heart and soul behind Señor Blues food truck and catering is JoAnn Nabhan Bronson, who brings a rich culinary heritage from her childhood in El Paso, Texas. Raised in a Mexican-Lebanese household and seasoned in her family’s restaurant, El Rancho Escondido, JoAnn blends those cultural flavors into her signature Tex-Mex creations.
Driven by her passion for cooking—and supported every step of the way by her husband—JoAnn launched Señor Blues in 2012 as a career turn toward her true calling. Over the years, she’s taken Señor Blues from food-truck dream to Vegas favorite—catering high-profile gigs including UFC events, the World Market Center, and even feeding Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak during their Silk Sonic Tour at Park MGM.
