Two chefs with over 30 years of experience come together on a scratch-cooking basis, with Asian culinary influences, to bring a unique dish: The Hibachi Cheesesteak.
The first chef, learning the fundamentals of simplified ingredients from French & Italian cooking, later pursued a teppanyaki career, which led him to Las Vegas.
Our second chef, who came from Brazil, started her own restaurant with her family, where they ran multiple bakery shops. She learned the delicate art of baking and how to produce the proprietary dough for the hibachi bread.
Now, they have brought their two passions together to bring you their signature product.
