Established in 2006, this food truck began from a humble 10x10 pop-up tent. What started as a fun side hustle quickly evolved into something much bigger. To meet growing catering demand, the team invested in a custom-built food concession trailer—and never looked back.

At the time, funnel cakes were nearly impossible to find in Las Vegas, so they filled the gap (with powdered sugar, of course!). Today, their award-winning funnel cakes are a staple at some of the city’s biggest events.

Major clients have included the Las Vegas Raiders, Allegiant Stadium, Zappos, Target, Pepsi, Marshalls Corp., and Caesars Palace. They’ve even partnered with Wynn Resorts, where their funnel cakes were featured in the resort’s world-famous buffet.
